Metals & Alloys:

The majority of our CNC precision milling and manufacturing services are done with metal products. Due to this, we’ve got an extensive array of suppliers we can source high quality materials from, including specialised and obscure alloys. We can work with just about any alloy, however we will not work with beryllium copper. Our metals and alloys are sourced from reputable suppliers around Australia and the globe, allowing us to source the best valued metal for your intended application.

Types of metals and alloys we use include:

  • Mild steel
  • Stainless and marine-grade steel
  • Engineering and structural steel
  • High tensile heat-treated steel
  • Aluminium (all grades)
  • Cast iron
  • Brass
  • Bronze
  • Specialised Metals

Our engineering steel supply is of high quality and has been extensively used in the mining and civil construction industry. They’re tested thoroughly for strength, elasticity and fatigue resistance.

Plastics & Nylon:

We’re equipped to perform precision milling and product manufacture with a range of plastic compounds. Our plastic production is done via milling, not printing. 3D milling via a 5-axis CNC machine produces greater quality with considerably lower turnaround times compared to 3D printing.

Carbon Fibre:

Carbon fibre has amazing capabilities and requires state-of-the-art, precise milling equipment to be cut precisely without cracking or risking structural integrity. Clients who seek carbon fibre milling are usually looking for the crème de la crème when it comes to lightness and rigidity. We have experience in the design and manufacture of carbon fibre parts and use a reputable supplier to ensure the best outcomes for our clients, be it for use as a strengthening material or as a lightweight performance part.
