Some of the industries we regularly work within include:

  • Mining
  • OEM
  • Building & Construction
  • Geo-Engineering
  • Marine
  • Agricultural & Demolition
  • Forestry
  • Coal Seam Gas

As well as some general engineering for miscellaneous items across all industries. Our CNC facilities are equipped to mill almost anything, and we can freight Australia-wide.

Mining:

Our work within the mining industry includes structural non-corrosive steel for strata control, as well as manufacture of high flow hydraulic fittings. We’re contracted by several parties across NSW and Queensland to build reliable and consistent fittings and connectors that can stand up to harsh conditions.

OEM:

We can prepare proprietary, complex technology for the shelf or use in later assembly. Our facilities are equipped with the latest in CNC precision milling equipment, ensuring consistency and short turnover times. You can be rest assured that your intellectual property is secure when selecting our facility for production. Whether you’d like us to continually produce new equipment for long periods, or just need a short run to keep up with excessive demand, we’ve got you covered.

Types of OEM technology we produce includes:

  • Marine technology
  • Engine components
  • Bellhousings
  • Renewable energy technology

Our team can take care of final assembly, depending on the size and complexity of the product, or the individual components can be shipped out and assembled elsewhere. You can be confident that we’ll be able to meet quality and consistency standards. Read more about our manufacturing process and our commitment to ISO 9001 standards to keep production runs consistent and on time.

Building, Construction & Geo-Engineering:

Similar to our structural strata control steel in mining applications, we produce custom structural components for civil construction and infrastructure projects across New South Wales. We source high quality structural steel from reputable suppliers and can produce large quantities on short notice with minimal turnover time.

One specialist area we have experience in is the manufacturing of geo-engineering equipment. Precision is everything when surveying geography, which is why your custom equipment should be made with CNC milling.

Agricultural & Forestry:

Heavy agricultural and forestry equipment undergo expensive rebuilds every few years, often done using expensive OEM parts. We’re capable of reproducing components with high precision for multiple rebuilds on agricultural and forestry fleets. With shipping Australia-wide available, we encourage you to give us a call when it comes time to maintain or repair your fleet. Having your components machined locally saves significant time compared to the shipping times provided by overseas OEMs.

Marine & Aerospace:

Beyond manufacturing engine components, there are other areas within the marine industry that we produce parts for. We’ve designed and built level wind assemblies for large trawlers and can re-produce any parts requiring replacement on your vessel that might be discontinued or custom made. In addition, we can source just about any high-quality metal or alloy for marine and aerospace applications, including marine-grade stainless steel, aluminium and titanium.
