When drafting a new design for your intended application, we’ll think of design constraints and areas of concern that mightn’t have even been thought of during the idea phase. We’ll look for the best material for the job (see our materials page), based on your intended application and budget. If you’re intending to reproduce an existing part, we encourage you to bring it in. We can design and build 100% accurate replicas, with the perfect fit and finish that you can’t get every time with handmade replication.

Our design team work closely with you to build a high quality custom milled solution. In our initial consultation with you, we’ll look at any criteria, other parts to draw inspiration from and any limiting factors. From there, we’ll put together a rough drawing on the spot for you to approve. After that, we’ll perform a thorough CAD drawing built to your specifications, having regular discussions with you throughout the process to ensure any necessary adjustments are made.

Although available as a standalone service, our drafting services can be included with our precision CNC machining or manufacturing services. Our facilities are staffed by professional CNC operators, each with at least 10 years of experience in the industry. We keep on top of the latest technological innovations and keep our existing CNC equipment properly maintained to ensure we’re always delivering the most time-efficient and accurate products possible.

If you’d like to get your design manufactured elsewhere or need a professional design ready for approval by investors or other parties, we can cater to your needs. We can usually alter the finalised CAD design for any specialised CNC equipment your intended manufacturer has.
